Here is the latest for me. I lost about a half of a pound this week. I was almost for sure that I would gain after Easter, but I did really good on Easter. I didn't really have any candy or dessert or anything.
My husband and I went to his parent's house for Easter. It was a lot of fun. His mom gave us an Easter basket (just one for the both of us now since we're married), and she gave me my favorite candy ever. Well, after church we all went over to his Grandma's and I left my candy at his parent's house, so I didn't eat any all day. Yay!
I did however lack a little on the exercise this week because Josh and I have been sick all this week and pretty much only went from work to bed. But this week I'm feeling much better and ready to get back to my Hip Hop Abs. Speaking of, I've had a lot of people ask me about Hip Hop Abs, if it's too hard or if you need to be flexible to be able to do it successfully. I would say that no, you don't need to be in shape or flexible. The DVDs walk you through everything and it's easy to learn.
Thank you so much for your support!! See you next week.

Hello there everyone! Finally a week that is exciting to tell you. So I am finally on the down as far as poundage goes. I think I've come across something that works.
Since I wake up at 4:00 a.m. I eat breakfast around 6ish, and apple at 9ish and then lunch around noon. I take vitamines and exercise daily and I also do cardio three days a week with muscle work two days a week between the cardio days.
Now, because I go to be early in the evenings, I don't eat anything past 4:00 p.m., that way, my body has time to burn the food I've eaten during the day before I go to bed.
Again, this wouldn't be anything without all of your encouragement and support. If you have been following my or Dice's blogs, please consider supporting us. Like you, we love the station and will do what we can to keep it going. God bless you all!
See you next week.

Well, it is another week gone by. I have to say, I'm getting frustrated that the scale is not reflecting how hard I'm working. I've started eating better, working out and drinking heavy duty amounts of water daily.
I know in the past when I've tried to lose weight, this is the point I would give up. I would throw in the towel and go back to my old life of laziness and binge eating. But, after a lot of prayer and encouragement from Scott and my wonderful husband, I am going to keep truckin.
For this week, I've decided to modify my routine further. My portions are going to be even smaller. I cut my portions when I started this, but I don't think I cut them enough. So, I will be cutting them smaller. Also, I am going to weigh myself every day. I read in a magazine (and had someone tell me) that you can lose twice the weight if you weigh yourself every day. That way you can keep track of your progress throughout the week. So, I'm going to give it a shot.
I love the Fuse and I really want to be heathy...time to do what Rocky did, and pull myself up off the ground!!!!
See you next week.
